The movie “Cinderella” is about a girl named Cinderella whose mother was dead when she was little girl. Her father in order to take care of his daughter, married another woman “Lady Tremaine” who had two daughters “Drizella and Anastasia” of her own.
Tremaine’s reality:
But her father dies soon leaving her with her stepmother. Her stepmother in order to inherit all her father’s heritage to her daughters made Cinderella a servant in her own house. Her step sisters also took advantage of their mother’s behavior and overload her work.
A Kind Hearted Girl:
But she was very kind hearted and never complains for their single act. She also took care of birds, mice, dog, horse and other animals there. Tremaine used to put all the responsibilities of work on her and it used to take her a whole day to finish all works.
Ball arrangement:
One day, the king who came to know about his son’s coming back arranged a ball for his son’s arrival and all the maidens were ordered to be there so that the prince can chose a wife.
Her excitement:
When She heard about this, she quickly arranged to have a dress for the party. It was a dress of her late mother. She thought of fixing it after completing her chores but Tremaine didn’t want her to attend the party and wanted her daughters to be accepted as the Prince’s wife. Tremaine’s Plan to avoid her:
So she ordered Cinderella a lot of work so she can’t manage to attend. But her animal friends fixed her dress for her using Anastasia and Drizella leftover sash and beads. The kind hearted girl was so happy to see the dress. But when Tremaine saw her coming, she reminded her daughters about their things.
Anastasia and Drizella’s Harsh Behavior:
They tore her dress to take their stuff and leave for the ball leaving Cinderella alone in the house. She ran to the garden with eyes full of tears.
Fairy God Mother’s Help:
Suddenly, her fairy god mother appeared. She helped her to reach the party by turning four mice into horses, an old horse into coachman and their dog into footman. Fairy God Mother also turned a pumpkin into a carriage. She bestowed her with a beautiful Silver gown and glass slippers.
Advice for Return:
She reaches there on time remembering Fairy God Mother’s advice to return before midnight as her magic will end as the clock strike 12. She had a dance with the prince and when the King saw them dancing, he ordered Grand Duke to take care of everything and that no one interferes them.
Its midnight:
Tremaine found her familiar but would not able to recognize her. Cinderella was so engrossed in her dance that she forgot Fairy God Mother’s advice. When the clock stroke 12, she quickly flees from the castle before magic ends.
Prince’s Order:
Grand Duke tried hard to stop her but she flees leaving one slipper on the stairs. All the magic disappears and she hid in the forest. She then found one slipper on her foot which she saved with her. Prince told his father that he will only marry the girl who fits in the slipper.
King’s Order:
So, the king ordered Duke to ask every girl in the kingdom to try the slipper and find the girl. Tremaine heard her humming the waltz from the ball and locked her in her attic. Jaq and Gus stole the key from Tremaine and unlocked her. Anastasia and Drizella tried the slipper but couldn’t fit.
Happy Ending (Cinderella):
When she reaches there, Tremaine in order to try on last time tripped the man holding the slipper resulting in breaking it. But Cinderella gave them the slipper she had and thus Cinderella married The Prince and lived happily in the castle.
