Story (The Rescuers):
Introduction (The Rescuers):
The movie “The Rescuers” is mainly about an international mouse organization named as the Rescue Aid Society. One day, the found a glass bottle in the water with a letter in it which was from a little girl asking for help and the letter was for the Morningside Orphanage.
The rescuers to help:
Miss Bianca convinced them to allow her to go for the rescue and asked a stammering janitor Bernard to join her in this case. First, they both visited the Morningside orphanage to know a little about Penny.
Morningside Orphanage:
An old cat named Rufus that was living in the orphanage told them that penny was upset because Madame Medusa from the pawn shop wanted to take penny with her in a car. After hearing this, they visited Madam Medusa’s pawn shop where they found Penny’s book.
Pawn Shop:
Suddenly Madame Medusa appeared there to answer a phone call from her assistant Mr. Snoop who was in the Devil Bayou and had penny with him on a wrecked ship. He told Medusa that Penny had escaped from the ship with the teddy that she always had with her. Hearing this, she quickly left for Devil Bayou. Bianca and Bernard also followed her by taking a flight on a bird named Orville.
Penny’s caught:
Madame Medusa reached there first and tried to find penny using fireworks. The fireworks interfered with Orville’s flying and they crashed. Medusa also used two crocodiles whose names were Brutus and Nero, trained by her, to find Penny. The crocodiles found her and took her back. Bianca and Bernard followed them with the help of a boat.
The Rescuers in danger:
Brutus and Nero smelled them and tried to catch them but couldn’t do so. When Madame Medusa saw the mice, she got scared and tried to shoot them with a gun but Bianca and Bernard escaped. Later that night, Madame Medusa called penny in her room and asked her to help her find the Devil’s Eye diamond in the pirate’s cave.
Plan to escape:
When penny came out of the room, she started crying and praying. Bianca and Bernard think of a plan to help penny escape. Bernard sends Evinrude to other animals for help but Evinrude was delayed by a group of bats. Next day, Medusa and Mr. Snoop took penny to the pirate’s cave to find the diamond.
Devil’s Eye diamond:
Bianca and Bernard secretly followed her in the pirate’s cave and helped her find the Devil’s eye. Suddenly, a huge wave almost sweeps them away. Penny hardly managed to escape with Bianca, Bernard and the diamond devil’s eye. Medusa betrayed Mr. Snoop by hiding the diamond in Penny’s teddy bear but was tripped by a wire and penny got her teddy.
Penny is saved:
All the animals reached there to help. Penny quickly escaped and for more trouble, they set the fireworks in the ship causing it to sink. Mr. Snoop saved himself using a raft and Medusa was stuck on the sunken ship and her crocodiles surrounded her as they were tired of her.
The End (The Rescuers):
Later, the rescuers team saw the news that penny had found the Devil’s eye diamond and got adopted by a family. Also Medusa was locked up in jail. At the end, Evinrude came with the message for help and Bianca and Bernard joined him.

Bianca And Bernard:
Miss Bianca and Bernard are two members of the international mouse organization or the Rescue Aid Society. Bernard is a timid mouse but when Miss Bianca asked him to join, he agreed. Bianca loves adventures and always agrees but Bernard as being timid thinks before any approval and often refuses but never wanted to show himself timid in front of Bianca.
Villain’s Profile (The Rescuers):
Madame Medusa:
Madame Medusa is a greedy woman. She kidnapped a girl from an orphanage for her greed as she came to know about a diamond named Devil’s eye that was extremely expensive. She also found out its location but was not agreed to risk her own life so she kidnapped a little girl so that she goes in to the cave and finds the diamond for her. The cave was dangerous as the water waves starts getting worse and fills the entire cave. She also used two crocodiles and trained them according to her own. After getting the diamond, she betrayed her partner in crime and stole the diamond so that all the money goes to her.

The Liquor effects differently on Luke and Evinrude and effects differently on Bernard.
Life Lessons (The Rescuers):
- One should never lose hope.
- Never support a person that has bad intentions.
- Try to achieve big goals in your life regardless of your age and height.
- Always help those that are in danger and need help.
- Try again and again until you succeed.
- Never lose hope if you are in danger and try to help yourself. Your small step can lead you to freedom.
