Story (Frozen 2):
Introduction (Frozen 2):
In the beginning of the movie “Frozen 2”, we saw a part from the childhood of Elsa and Anna where their father was telling them a story about his own childhood. He told them about how his father King Runeard made a peace treaty with the neighboring Northuldra tribe but suddenly fight broke out.
Four Spirits:
He also told them about the four spirits, Fire, water, air and earth that disappeared after that fight creating a mist boundary around the enchanted forest separating both from each other and preventing anyone from entering and leaving the forest.
Mysterious Voice:
After that many years passed and Elsa became the new Queen of Arendelle. She started hearing a mysterious voice but she thinking it as her imagination, she did not tell anyone including Anna as no one except her was able to hear it.
Spirits Awakened:
One day, while she was playing a game with Anna, Kristoff, Sven and Olaf, she hears the voice again. After that she left the room saying that she is sleepy but Anna thinking it weird follows her in her room and sings her their mother’s lullaby and they both fell asleep together. Later, that night, she heard the voice again and sings with it awakening the spirits of the enchanted forest that then evicts everyone from Arendelle.
Enchanted Forest:
Suddenly, Grand Pabbie and the other trolls appeared and Grand Pabbie told Anna and Elsa that they had to found the truth as the things that are invisible are not as they appear. So, all of them started their journey towards the enchanted forest. When they reach there, Kristoff and Olaf tried hard to cross the mist boundary but only Elsa was the one to build a pathway through that boundary.
Wind Spirit:
In the forest, they first encounter the wind spirit which was in the form of a tornado and it sweeps everyone up. Elsa calms it up by freezing the memories in it and in the memories, she saw a Northuldra girl saving their father. Suddenly, a group of Northuldra people and Arendelle soldiers appear that were stuck there when the mist boundary was formed.
Fire Spirit:
They told Elsa that the shawl she was wearing was the ancient Northuldra’s shawl. As a result, they realize that the girl was her mother who was actually Northuldra. She told everyone that she will set everything right. At that time, enraged fire spirit appeared setting everything on fire. Elsa also calms it up and realizes that the fire spirit is actually a small creature that can put itself on fire.
Appearance of the Rock Monsters:
They stayed in the Northuldra tribe that night but the earth spirit or the rock monsters appeared there sensing Elsa there. A girl from the tribe told her that there are five spirits and one spirit is still unknown. Elsa, in order to protect everyone from danger, left with Anna and Olaf.
Truth of Parent’s Death:
On their way, they saw a wrecked ship which was their parents’. This made her realize that their parents died while finding the secrets behind Elsa’s powers. After that, Elsa didn’t want to lose anyone else so she forced Anna to go back and continue her journey alone.
Ahtohallan:
Also, on the way to Ahtohallan, she calms the water spirit and when she reached there, she knew that the voice was actually their mother’s. She also knows a bitter truth that the dam was made due to a conspiracy and King Runeard killed the Northuldra’s leader stating the fight.
Frozen Elsa:
As a result, Elsa froze but before freezing completely, she send a message to Anna and told her the truth. Now, it was up to Anna to do the right thing. Anna also understands that the main cause should be broken and she provokes the earth spirits, the rock monsters breaking the dam.
Happy Ending (Frozen 2):
Elsa unfreezes and saved Arendelle through her powers. After that, Anna was made the new Queen of Arendelle and Elsa stayed with Northuldra to protect them. Mist boundary disappeared and they lived happily ever after.

Character Profile (Frozen 2):
Kristoff:
Kristoff was a man Anna met in the first part of “Frozen” series that helped her in the first part as well as in the second. He had feelings for Anna and tried hard to express that but no matter what he do Anna finds another way to spin the words and start a fight but still his love for Anna never gets weak. He even supported Anna and joins them on their journey expressing an ideal model for a true lover.
Villain’s Profile (Frozen 2):
King Runeard:
King Runeard is the villain in the movie as he killed the northuldra’s leader through conspiracy and it wasn’t clears that who had the evil thoughts and that turned their relations for a long time. People of both areas consider themselves right and the others wrong and Anna and Elsa despite knowing that King Runeard was their grandfather supported the truth and do the right thing.
Did you Notice!
In the movie “Frozen 2”, when Elsa awakes all the spirits of the enchanted forest, all of them came to evict them from Arendelle. Earth spirit is shown there in the form of the floor as its connection with Earth. But when they reach the enchanted forest, the air was the first to capture them and the earth spirit was in the form of rocks monsters in spite that the land was everywhere..
Life Lessons (Frozen 2):
- We should not hurt someone just because of our own fear.
- Selflessness is an expression of true love and courage as Anna didn’t care for her own life and joined Elsa on her way to the Enchanted Forest.
- Lies once show themselves whether no matter what you do to hide them.
- Try to support the truth even if it is dangerous for you.
- Try hard until you succeed.
- Face all the challenges bravely and never lose hope.
